Credit Card Payments

Once an order has been confirmed, we will email you a tax invoice regardless which payment method you choose. Credit card payments incur 3% surcharge and are hosted by PayPal. If paying by credit card we will email your tax invoice via PayPal. Click on the link to proceed with your payment using your credit card when you receive the email tax invoice. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or direct credit to our nominated bank. Blubeetle will never ask you to provide your credit card details via email or phone. You will have to go through an ordering page hosted by PayPal on a Secure Server when you click on the link. QUANTITY
Minimum order 30. Increments of 10's thereafter. You will need one invitation per couple or family. Don't forget to include the groom's parents and the minister and his wife. It is good manners to send invitations to valued friends and relatives even if you know they will not be able to attend. Add an extra 15-20 invites when ordering to allow for any mistakes when writing them out and any extra guests you may decide to invite at a later date. It’s better to order more than not enough as it will be more costly to reprint additional items.
REFUNDS
Our products are service based. Once you order and make the a payment we start the work immediately on your order therefore we do not offer refunds however you may exchange deposits for other services. Conditions apply.
SUPPLYING YOUR EVENT DETAILS
Order by email or fax by downloading the order form. Text must be supplied electronically. Charges will apply at $120 per item if you require us to type in your event details. Clearly indicate what text/information you want on each side per item.
Supply your event details as you would like to view them (all upper case, all lower case, a mix of the two). For order of service: specify what text you would prefer to have (subject to space availability) for the following pages: Cover, Inside Back, Back Cover, Front Cover and the Inside Pages if you ordered an 8 page booklet.
There are two rounds of changes included. Additional rounds of changes to draft/s incur an administration and studio production time of $85 p/h plus gst. If you require additional services then please request for a personalised quote.
PROOFING
Within 7 working days of ordering you will receive an email PDF proof(s) of your order. Please check thoroughly, if you have any changes please confirm these via email. Our personalised service includes two rounds of changes before we will charge an administration and studio production time of $85p/h plus gst per round of change. Please allow 7-10 working days for offset printing and 5-7 working days for digital printing from confirmation to go to print.
ERRORS
Please notify Blubeetle immediately if any errors occur on your stationery, compared with what was approved to proceed printing. Your order will be corrected, printed and delivered at no charge. Client error after sign off can be reprinted at the clients expense.
TIMING
Please allow 14-21 working days lead time from the date of your order. This is a guide only and in busy seasons this could overlap slightly. These turnaround times are subject to material availability. If product stock is unavailable you will be immediately notified.
SAMPLES
Our samples are available for $30.00 per set plus $10.50 express post delivery.
TOTAL: $44.55 plus 3% for credit card payment via PayPal.
To order samples please make your payment and email us your postal address.
DELIVERY
All deliveries are checked, labelled and packed in satchel or boxes depending on size. Samples are sent via express post within Australia. Please check them on arrival and immediately notify us of any problems or discrepancies. All products including samples are sent to the specified delivery address. We ensure that all our products are packaged and addressed correctly however Blubeetle does not take any responsibility for any parcels damaged or lost in transit

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Map illustration on information card: $75 per map (proofing rules apply - two rounds of changes). You must supply us a rough sketch or a screen capture from website like whereis.com of the location and specify landmarks that you want included to help your guest get to the destination with ease. Charges apply for any customisation not specified in the order.
